The digital sphere provides an important space for women human rights defenders to organise, resist, and communicate. However, women defenders face being targeted through online attacks, with more technology meaning more risks to personal safety. Therefore, digital security has become even more important and must be considered alongside physical security measures to protect WHRDs against gendered threats. This page helps defenders assess their own digital security awareness through links to key resources.
